Games of Thrones Workout: How Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Stays Hot

Actors have such hard lives, you guys. They suffer as a starving artist until crash landing on the pop culture radar with a hit show that forces them to travel around the world. HORRIBLE. More money more problems, y'all.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau bragged to Men's Health about his bazillion frequent flier miles, and because they're a fitness magazines they were like, that nice now tell us how you stay in shape. Ace reporting!

Do 8 reps of each exercise (illustrated below) back-to-back, doing the entire circuit 8 times. Move from one station to the next as quickly as possible. If necessary, rest 1 minute between circuits.
