Does using the microwave count as cooking?

Does using the microwave count as cooking? Because if so I'm like some kind of master chef.

My latest obsession is making fiesta eggs in a cup -- aka scrambled eggs with salsa.

3 eggs, whisk with milk and cook 45 seconds in microwave, whisk again and cook 2 minutes.
Top with habanero sauce, greek yogurt, and shredded cheese.
