The 5x5 Workout

I train in a variety of spaces and equipment, but it always comes down the the basics. I think some of the most challenging workouts are simple yet effective.

With this routine you can add additional weight, and set time goals to make it through each round. Try doing this in just 20 minutes. Be sure to warmup, then cool down and stretch afterwards.

The 5x5 workout can be done with body weight or dumbbells at home, the gym, or anywhere in between.

S. Lunge (es)
Jump squats
